Health Kultcha Motion Potion helps supply your body with the essentials to maintain smooth, regular elimination. It helps form the perfect stool, whether to stool is to loose or too firm. It does this by improving the consistency of the stool.

• Constipation

Directions:

Take 1 tspn once or twice daily as needed. Mix in 1/4 glass of water or juice. Drink immediately or the mixture will thicken. Always follow with 1-2 glasses of water. Children: Take 1/2 the adult dose with parental supervision. Pregnancy and breast-feeding safe.

Take at least 30 minutes away from medication.
